Celebrating 14th Anniversary To members of SNA Philadelphia Chapter: This year has finally come! Our chapter is celebrating its 10th anniversary by presenting you with a new website and upcoming activities. Beginning with a small group of Naval Reservists in 1992, we have grown to over 100 members, including active duty sailors, Naval Reservists and Navy Officers (retired and active), civilians (DoD and Navy), and defense contractors throughout the Delaware Valley. Each year, we sponsor various activities designed to fulfill our mission of supporting the Surface Navy. Although the Global War on Terrorism since the September event has increased the scope of mobilizing and moving a significant number of our members, we continue to partner with all organizations in the Philadelphia area that support the Armed Services, and particularly our Navy. We hope that this web site will help you in keeping abreast of our activities, and that you will utilize the site to communicate with the chapter leadership and with the national staff. Please email me any comments or questions you may have.

Surface Navy
Association
Recruitment Incentive Program
The Surface Navy Association has updated its recruitment incentive program for current members who have sponsored "new" paid SNA members. The SNA Recruitment Incentive program is based on a point system per new membership type sponsored. |
You can
redeem for membership extensions (not excluding
life memberships) and SNA (Standard line or gold
Medallion Line) memorabilia -- as long as you
are a current SNA member. If your membership
expires, all your points will be deleted. You, as a member, are not required to all points at one time. If you are redeeming points for merchandise, you are responsible for any additional cost that exceeds the redemption amount including shipping and handling. Members with sponsor points will get an email biannually announcing what their account balance is and instructions on how they (e.g. you) can redeem points. |
Let's
take a look at the program just for the SNA
members
You get many more points if you get membership extensions or buy memorabilia from SNA Ship Store. For example,
